After our analyzing the client’s current state, Messina Group recommended Microsoft’s cloud-based Office 365 suite as the appropriate solution. Part of this decision was based on the client’s familiarity with the Microsoft Office products. Their President commented, “If we had moved to Google Apps, our staff, who are used to the look and functionality of Microsoft products, would have faced a significant learning curve and the feature set would have been less robust.” Everything this client needed for productivity, communication and collaboration was built into Office 365. Our expertise in Moving to Office 365 resulted in a considerable financial savings for this client.

RF Ideas engaged Messina Group to lead an ERP platform selection and implementation project.  Messina Group’s Program Manager leveraged our platform selection methodology, led the ERP selection process, led vendor demos for three finalist (SAP, MS Dynamics, and NetSuite) and ultimately helped RF Ideas select NetSuite. Messina Group’s ERP Program Manager also led the NetSuite planning and implementation effort and played a key role in providing Project Management, representing the business’s interest throughout the implementation, creatively solving problems throughout the project and delivering a very successful ERP implementation project.
