RF Ideas engaged Messina Group to lead an ERP platform selection and implementation project.  Messina Group’s Program Manager leveraged our platform selection methodology, led the ERP selection process, led vendor demos for three finalists (SAP, MS Dynamics, and NetSuite) and ultimately helped RF Ideas select NetSuite. Messina Group’s ERP Program Manager also led the NetSuite planning and implementation effort and played a key role in providing Project Management, representing the business’s interest throughout the implementation, creatively solving problems throughout the project and delivering a very successful ERP implementation project.
